today is the day

My son is going to be sentenced today, and I never been so scared in my life. My hands are shaking so bad I don't know how I will make it thru this. But I have to for my son sake.

nakohichi, I know how you feel. It killed me to watch my son get 10 years, and to leave the court without him.

I'm happy for you! We're still waiting for my son's sentencing. It was supposed to be in August, moved back to September, and then moved back again to October. My son's lawyer says it will be anywhere between 15 and 30 years, and then he will serve half of whatever the sentence will be. Of course, I'm hoping for the least amount of time, but I'm afraid to be too optimistic, just in case. It is good to hear that there are good judges out there.
