Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

I have noticed over the past couple of years that running is starting to get more and more painful. Now maybe I should give some history, I love to run. I ran cross-country and track in highschool, I ran in college and did marthons while in the military. The pain was off and on in college so I didn't think anything of it, started getting worse and worse while in the military. I was finally diagnosed last year with endometriosis after a lap and a doctor that actually listened to me and didn't tell me that I was crazy or just trying to get attention. Now I can't even run a mile before the excruciating pain kicks in. It feels like my large intestine is fighting with dull blades and trying to escape from my body. The last time I tried to run a couple of weeks ago I ended up on the ground in a ball for over an hour unable to move except to clench my fingers and toes. Then the pain lasts all day just on a lower level. Is this something that is common and if anyone else has experienced this is there anything that helps? I miss running, there is nothing else like it when it comes to exercise.

I was suffering from major loud whoosing noises and the topamax helped that but everyday I still hear those mainly between 6 - 12 pm. I am at my wits end and have not went...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
