I Know most of us with this horrible disease have some difficulty getting pregnant. I feel so hopeless, like its never going to happen. Its hard to have sex when its painfull and my doc said he removed chocolate cysts from my ovaries (endometriomas) during my last surgery and they can cause damage to the tissue and ovarian failure. Has anyone else out there gotten pregnant after surgery? I feel so alone I'm so happy I found this site.

I had a lap in 2002, and didnt have my first child until 2004 (fell pregnant after a course of acupuncture!) I then had an ectopic in 2005, and lost one of my tubes a result. And my second child was born in march this year...and she wasnt even planned, I wasnt using contraception as I thought one child was miracle enough. So dont give up hope, just remember everyone is different and what works for some people doesnt work for others x

i had a lap in february and when we tried afterwards to get pregnant,i was pregnant really quick and im now 24 weeks.....good luck too you

I know what you are feeling. I just had a lap/hysteroscopy/d&c on tuesday where they removed my left tube as it was fused to my ovary with adhesion's. I also have 2 endometriomas a very large and medium one on my right ovary. I also had adhesion's between my cervix and rectum and on my bowels. So reading the replies makes things seem so much better. I know things will work out for you and many women here.

hey all, i suffer frm bad period crmaps each month only time i didnt was when i was on pill. they have been so bad that i have been sick.
had a miscarriage in june and since then i get pains in the side on lead up to ovulation and period.
i am being referred for ultra sound scan for emdimitroisis.am really worried. does this sound like that to you ?

I had my lap done in March 06 and because I was getting married in June this year didn't want to try until after the wedding. Have been trying for a few months now so fingers crossed it happens soon. x x
