Hope you are all coping the best you can. I visited my Doctor last monday, I was having a very very active bladder was visiting the restroom every 3mins..you could just imagine how fustrating this was for me. Thank God I have improve. Anyways after my examination he told me I have "Hormones" or hormonal imbalance.
Could this get worse.....YES! my body feels as if I am on zoladex! I am experiencing hotfluhes nauseated, joint pains, back pain, depression, headaches and as the days go on another one adds. I am NOT on any medication at all, I also have a liquid comimg from my breast.Reading stuff from a website I leart from Russell Rody M.D.,J.D Hormonal imbalance is a type of allergic reaction experience by woman it can lead to Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Premenstrual Asthma, Menstrual Migane,Fibromyalgia, Interstitial Cystitris, Artritis, Chronic Fatique Syndrome.

im currently on cymbalta right now. to help with my anxiety.... and then i'm going to be put on seasonique birth control, so i dont have ot experience this everymonth, and then its going to be lupron for me. fun stuff, huh?
i gotta tell you, when these mood swings hit me... i just take time for myself. i take hot bubble baths, relax. i eat some comfort food, watch a good movie, take care of myself. i try to stay away from others during this point, especially those who i find get on my nerves easily.... haha.
i also work out, i just mainly try to focus on myself.
