Yep! I get nauseous regularly. I find that sprinkling some salt in my mouth helps, then to just sip on water till i feel ok. Randomly, I get feelings like My belly and brain are just equally spinning and my belly is cramping horrible, like idk if I'm gonna throw up, pass out, or have massive diarrhea. Tmi. But usually none of those happen. But it sucks cuz for a few min I'm just shaking, wanting to cry, feel like I'm dying and then boom, it passes and I'm fine. Crazy!

YES! It sometime keeps me from eating all day. I keep small bottles ginger ale at hand ALL the time, I take meclizine for it as well

Nausea sucks...4 years and it still lingers...Have to take anit-sick pills hahahha well nausea tablets but i call them anti sick lol. Same difference.

Sometimes though have to be careful because I cant take it with certain pain killers ie Tramadol take double the tramadol 200mg x 2 and taking the anti-sick pills enhances it. This helps me a bit.

I try to avoid it thought too many pills as it is.

Sorry that you guys have to go through it i thinks its awful.

I agree eating crackers hahah funny when people think your pregnant though when your feeling sick constantly.

Yes! I started nausea about two years ago. It is the worst! I would wake up in the morning and feel terrible! I found that just taking small sips of room temp water every few mins or so really helps me feel better!
