Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

I have tried sea bands, taking ginger, chewing mint gum, and drinking ginger ale. I also have a bottle of prescription Zofran ready for when it gets really bad.
Zofran gives me a migraine so I stay away from that :(
There are various things you can do to help nausea that isn't severe, like soda crackers, teas, aroma therapy, breathing techniques, certain sodas (I drink Sierra Mist), and avoiding trigger foods.
For severe nausea, my GI specialist prescribes Odansetron 4mg. I just took one a few hours ago when a major wave of nausea swept over me and I almost lost it. That kind of nausea can be so bad that it prevents me from being able to sleep. My world can even spin. That drug is my saving grace for the worst times.
I was first prescribed Ondansetron when I went to the ER for a severe migraine. They gave me a pain med specifically for migraines (forget the name) and the Odan. It was easy to take because you can just just chew it up without needing to drink anything. Tthe first batch I got was actually a type that dissolved under the tongue. I wonder if you'd be able to take it and not get a negative reaction to it.
I also forgot about caffeine-free cola syrup from The Vermont Country Store. I thought that stuff was great for nausea! It didn't work 100% but in combination with everything else I thought it helped a lot.
