Your not up a creek without a paddle. We have king of treated our bodies like crap and they store that fat because they are in famin mode. Once you get over the hump of gaining a little weight because you body will store fat for a little longer (kind of like it doesn't trust you anymore) you motabolism will get back to normal and you will be able to eat the 1600 to 1650. With an ED we all feel like our bodies are abnormal with storing fat, but it is because we have made them that way.

i know...when i was in treatment the last time, all of the weight went right to my stomach....i was horrified....i think that that is part of y i relapsed so quickly after leaving treatment...my stomach is flat now...but my health is sucky....and weight gain is needed...but its such a scary concept to wrap my head around

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
