No, I can't really relate to this. I've always had a voracious appetite, even through the thick of the anorexia I used to have. I guess, for me, what it sounds like is that you're super down.
It *is* difficult for me to eat when I feel guilty or ashamed or hopeless. Do you have a therapist or someone you can talk to about this? My sincere hope is that what you will find is that your self-worth is not tied to your physical shape or weight.
My best to you,

Unfortantly i have been in the place u are saying and it got worse from thire, do some thing to get ur self better and healthy.
The rest of my life now its been a struggle to keep the weight down and there are too many tempting foods around and you can't even go anywhere like a family gathering without being hit with a million desserts.
Well now I either binge eat or don't eat.
If I binge eat the next day I tend to not eat or eat less.
If I eat I know I will overeat so sometimes to just make it easy for me I just don't eat.
Not the best method but I have had a problem with overeatting all my life the only difference is now I am approaching 40 and all that eating is catching up to me as middle age spread weight gain.
I have to say when I limit myself and eat smaller portions I do feel better overall. I sleep better too. I just feel overall healthier.
