Great job on being b/p free for 8 days in a row. That's definitely something to celebrate.
I felt the need to reply to your post because I experienced the same sorts of symptoms when I started eating better over, especially the fatigue. I was so frustrated because I thought it was supposed to be the exact opposite - you start eating better and letting go of ED behaviors, and you are supposed to have more energy, not less, right? It definitely didn't work that way for me. I basically spent the entire summer sleeping and resting.
I'm not sure the exact reason behind it, but I am guessing it has something to do with all the repairs your body is making. Eating disorders cause a lot of damage to the body, even if we cannot always see it. When we start eating better and not engaging in behaviors, our body is using all that energy to make repairs, which is a lot of work, so it makes sense you would feel tired! Kathy is right, that the best thing to do is to allow your body the proper rest it needs! I know this can be hard sometimes, but it is truly the best thing for you right now.
Regarding the eye twitching and headaches, when was the last time you had blood work? Those can be symptoms of common nutrient deficiencies, which are easily correctable. Also make sure you are staying well hydrated. I'd definitely make a visit to your doctor just to get checked out and make sure all is ok.
Be well!
