I know how you feel a little bit, I had been the lowest of my weight I had ever been, not a good thing I guess, but then I have been just eating constantly for months and months now. I almost feel like a failure because I am eating and gaining heaps of weight instead of not eating and losing weight and stuff.. :/ I know it can be a struggle especially since some people aren't so understanding about this sort of stuff, but maybe speaking with a dietician/psychologist or someone you can talk to and trust, because usually binge eating isn't just about 'being hungry' there is usually something behind it, especially when you feel you have no control over it or feel really bad or uncomfortable about it, just so there is someone extra to help you out. Fingers crossed things become to be a little more stable and easier for you. Merry Christmas!

I've been binge eating and purging for the past 15 years of my life. However, it has spun out of control for the last year. I will eat and eat until my belly can't possibly take any more, and I purge. It's gotten so bad that I do this daily, 5 or more times a day. I feel like I have no control. I know the health risks and physical consequences of my ED. I want to stop but I can't!!!

I know most people probably are terrified of the whole 'big deal' of it, but have you ever considered getting into hospital for a little bit. They can really help you by forcing you to get back into the better rhythms of eating and can help with the emotional stuff to, while in a caring and safe environment. They are there to help you not hinder you which I have only now learnt after 4 previous admissions, where is no I just wished I could have listened to them then, where they would try and help me with everything and support me when I needed it.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
