panic attacks, sinus congestion and vertigo

I get occasional sinus congestion that leads to vertigo. Then when I feel dizzy, I get so anxious and my anxiety triggers a panic attack.  I was diagnosised as panic disorder a long time ago and when I get a panic attack, I get dizzy. I always have fear of having vertigo and panic attacks...Does anyone have the same problem?

I saw this post, and this is how I feel exactly. I ve had vertigo for about 4 months now and its so hard bc as soon as my vertigo starts up I end up having an anxiety attack, have you gotten any better?

Lately I have been experiencing vertigo or slight dizziness. My sinus is very stuffy. The other day I went to the chiro and she helped a great deal. My head almost felt normal for a while. Now the feeling is back. I feel horrible and just a bit off. I'm wondering if I should see a dr or wait it out. I hear there is a virus that is a major cause of the feeling and there is nothing to take for it.
I just want to feel normal again!!
