I'm new to the group. I'm also experiencing the feeling of constant motion. I also have the noises in ears and hearing loss.  My story starts  from last October with my first spinning vertigo episode that lasted for  four days.  I was as admitted to the hospital, where they performed  several tests all which were negative.  I then noticed  high pitched sounds in my ears then hearing loss. I havent had a spinning vertigo attack since January but I started the feeling of movement, a rocking boat sensation. I was perscribed prednisone, and physcial therapy hearing aids by my ENT. Nothing has helped. My movements  has changed from the rocking boat to a side to side movement, my eyes also feel like there moving from side to side. I dont know if that mean it's getting better or worse.   My ENT suggests a cochlear  implant for the hearing loss and tinnitus  and it may help with the motion. This has lasted for about a year now. I refuse to go on like this. I asked my doctor to refer me to Ohio State  for a second opinion. My appointment  is Dec 13.
