We all live with the long term risks, but your numbers reported here show you are doing the right things. Good wishes.
welcome again from me to you
I'm pretty sure we all agree.. don't panic. it looks like you're doing fine.
Would be interesting to see your next A1c.
Have you been to a diabetic educator yet? and or a dietician or nutritionist? They are very helpful in explaining things and figuring out a reasonable and healthy diet plan.
keep track of what you eat, portions and carbs, it gives you a better understanding. Most of us can handle 30-45 carbs per meal and about 20 for snack
do get with your doctor and have them refer you to the dietician to help also.
