Hi. I am new here to the group. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes last July with an A1C of 7.6 My last A1C checkup was at 5.6. Going to the gym for cardio and strength training is something that I do every day-along with walking and working out at home, too. Working out is the easy part; maintaining a healthy diet and learning portion control is not so easy for me. I got up to 329 pounds last year, went down to 293. Then Covid reallly disrupted my workout plan. I stand now at 311 and feeling better every day. Time to check my glucose level.
