Diabetes Type 2 Support Group
Type 2 Diabetes is a condition in which the body either does not produce enough insulin or does not make efficient use of it. Insulin is a hormone needed to convert food into glucose, a sugar that the body uses for energy. Without enough insulin, glucose can accumulate in the blood, and can cause serious health problems such as heart disease and strokes and organ damage...
Its exercise that directly or indirectly "burns off" the BG and little occurs during sleep.
Today, the BG was 114 which means something ???
The average has been roughly 140....
I think , with 140, one should exercise (walk or lift weights) and then eat.
With 114 one should eat (bacon and eggs,C,OJ) and then exercise...
We generate all these BG numbers,I do 4x daily, so we may as well use them...
Weights are on the schedule as is the daily walk(which is similar to my sisters regimens)..
She is smarter than I am anyway..
POV = point of view
