My name is Y'vonne and I am an alcoholic.. I have been sober for over a month now. My son is clean for over 50 days.. I am proud of him and myself.. It is a disease and I am not afraid to share my experience with anyone,.,. I came from an abusive home with an alcoholic step-father. Who would have thought I would end up like this?

I would play upbeat music and dance around the house. From that I started daily walks and now I am able to go to the gym.
