I'v been getting sick non stop for more than 6 months now. Over that period of time I've had 9 different medical conditions. Some people tell me it's because of all the stress I get (somehow stress lowers your immune system), while others say it's because of my bad eating habits.
What do you do in a situation like this? What's the best way to deal with stress? How can I drastically change my eating habits? Will I get better someday?

Eating healthy or even healthier with lots of water does do alot for you. Hope this helps. It has done wonders for me. Eventually you will find maybe only using your cd at bedtime will be all you need to maintain. : )
The eating part I did a little at a time. Each day I tried to get a bit better. Cut out most sugar, more fresh fruit, Chicken instead of red meat, no junk food, etc. Rather than one radical change, it was an on going process.
There are CD's that help with sleep if that's an issue for you.
