Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Joes right, keep reaching out.
One very therapeutic this g to do is, use the Journal here. Write your thoughts, emotions and days activities down. You can make each entry private or public.
This is a good site and many people here will support you.
Your NOT ALONE!!!!!
Just a couple weeks ago a young man from our community took his life. Our pastor helped with the service. He said, "I wish he could have seen how many people were at his funeral." You may not think anyone cares but they do.

I have found so much help in my recovery from books. A few that have really helped me are Rethink How You Think by D. Stoop. This book taught me how much my thinking was causing my depression. Also, The Lies We Believe by C. Thirmin. Learning to tell myself truth has been very helpful to me also.
Praying you find healing, hope and peace and are able to experience the love of God embracing you.
Hugs and prayers.
