Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I want to be done with the pain and the knowing I'm a disappointment. My car got repossessed and the flash backs are high and the memory of my my telling me it's all my fault. I'm never going to amount to much cause I'm an attention w****. The thoughts of hurting my self are high even ending my life but I'm too tired to get out of bed. I don't know how I got the energy to even wright this. Called into work sick cause I was too tired to move told them I had a migraine, and I haven't left my bed since 9 last night. I keep thinking of all the ways I could hurt myself or kill myself or my coping stuff but it all requires moving and right now I don't want to or thing I can. I'm a girl with ADHD and I've been laying in bed staring at the wall since 1130. But who cares maybe I'll get the energy to do something about the thoughts but then again maybe I'll just lay here to die.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
