Has anyone experienced this? I find that when I take naps I tend to wake up dissociating and depressed and need some time to coax myself out of it before getting on with my day. This makes naps in general incredible unproductive. It's as if I wake up a different person than I went to sleep as.
It doesn't happen with sleep, just naps! And the longer the nap the worse it is.
