I am very depressed an uphappy and sad. There is too many bad things going on in my life right now, too much negativity, responsibility, loneliness, I just can't keep doing this. This has been going on for decades and it's getting harder and harder. It's too much for me to bear. I can't get the help I need. I must be weak. I don't care. I am not cut out for this. I don't want to participate in life anymore, not this way.

According to His riches in glory refers to a biblical promise found in Philippians 4:19, which states that God will supply all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. This verse emphasizes God's provision and generosity towards believers.

Sending you support and hugs.
It sounds like you need a holiday. If the COVID restrictions have lifted in your state, can you travel to a relative's home perhaps, to have a break? Here in my state, carers are allowed to have respite care and the people they are caring for are admitted into a rehabilitation hospital where the elderly are taught to exercise by physiotherapists and fed nutritious foods by dieticians. Can you access that kind of service before your health insurance ends?
Take care Anna, hope that you will feel better soon. Marie
I am getting away from people at home and that helps some.
But then other times I feel lonely and neglected.
It seems that our household is tense.
If I tell my husband that I am really upset about something or don't feel
well, it seems (and I could be wrong) that he always has to outdo me.
I was completely overwhelmed when he got home today and asked him
to sit with me for five minutes. He couldn't (had to go to the store to
get something for dinner--which I appreciate). But taking 5 minutes
to be with me would have gone a long way.
I am having a hard time feeling close to him or feeling cared about.
Anyway I didn't mean to hijack your conversation but as you can see you are not alone. Trying to surmount the insurmountable. Life is so hard sometimes. Hope that you'll hang in there.
It certainly can feel like it when everyone around you seems to be getting along just fine.
Just remember that this sucks, but there will be a moment when it doesn’t suck quite so much, and maybe something will even make you smile. If you have just a few minutes watch a funny YouTube video. I know it’s an escape and doesn’t address the root of your problem, but it can give you a teeny tiny vacation.
When your not at work try to do things that make you happy or diversions, is my suggestion. A bubble bath, nice music. Hang in there. Perhaps another type of therapy. 7 cups.com is a little helpful, prayer. There are a lot of prayers on youtube.
I have been caring for my Mom too somewhat , I don't live with her. I hear your pain.
Cam you get a part time home health aid? We have meals on wheels in this area, something like that may help.
Feel better, better days ahead
