Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Also, you can make a tray full of baby items (rattle, spoon, bottle) and walk it through the room for about two minutes. Then remove it from the room and have everyone write down all of the items they can remember. The person who remembers the most wins. You will need at least fifteen items to make this hard enough, but it's fun.
Also, you can make a bunch of paper diapers as name tags. Leave them blank and let each person pick one out and put their name on it as they come in. What you will do is before hand put a yellow mark in one of them, make sure not to tell anyone, and in the middle of the party have them all look inside their name tags. Who ever has the "dirty diaper" wins.
if your son will be there, stand him in the middle, or even if he comes at the end. get, ear plugs, rubber gloves, a dr's mask that covers his nose and a bib.
then everyone laughs as he is prepared to change diapers!!!
