I did guess the weight, but the german messed it up by putting their answers in kilograms, so I had to do loads of maths when the sprog was born.

are you sure a shower is the best thing? Babies that small usuallyy get washed in a little tub I would for sure make sure you have some very gently soap , do they still make Lava?

A recent shower I attended had what looked like a fancy layer cake, but was actually disposable diapers stacked in round layers then with pretty ribbon around each layer.

You might ask guests to bring a favorite childrens book or pack of diapers and then give them raffle tickets...small prize for the winner.

Games can be guessing the weights, guessing what gifts she will recieve (make up bingo squares that everyone fills out with one gift in each square then play bingo after she opens the gifts--one shower had little candy pacifiers (sweet tart type) for the bingo markers), or the old standard game of how many words related to babies can you make out of the parents to be names, or some other phrase.

Cute table favors are cookies baked in shapes of bibs or whatever and frosted in pastels.

so glad ur dil in going good at my badyshower we didnt play games but i had a wishing well where people put in rattles just little stuff.

mmm, bake the cookies, well any other kind of cookies but I'm pretty sure that my eulogy will include the phrase "never mastered rolled cookie dough" :).
