I went out with my best friend last night to see an outside gig. It was a beautiful night and the band was great. Little kids were dancing and playing. I don't spend much time outside. It's good for the soul. Do you have free concerts in your neighborhood?

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
Still, I went to so many concerts in my teens and twenties- everything from local bands to bigger bands. It was the 90's so lots of grunge bands like Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and The Black Crows.
So much has happened since I was that young, I haven't even thought about a concert. I listen to more folky type music now, so I think I would probably like to see any local artist. Maybe, someone, I haven't heard of before so I could listen to someone new?
I think I will talk to my therapist about what steps I would need to take to be able to get myself to a concert - there is a nice theatre near me that features local artists so that might be a good goal for me
Last summer I heard 2 guys on stage singing Simon and Gardfel songs and songs with two singers. It is good for the soul, I agree.
Bluebird, that sounds like a lovely concert
