Christmas lights: multi- colored or all white?

Multi-colored, I like X-mas trees that are for children, bright with fun ornaments from the past and/or from friends and family, collected over the years; as opposed to the all gold ornaments with white lights thing, (although those can be very pretty of course!).

I always just look for it down the list...it's usually really close to the top.

And...yes. I think that this year is gonna be a no-card one, but usually I like to. They're just a small way of saying hey, thinking of you...and there's so many available now that are gorgeous enough to frame!

I will say that I don't do the "send a massive amount of identical cards to family members I never see and really don't even like" thing. I choose the individual cards for people I actually give a shit about lol
