I am so tired.... I am working with my therapist on suicidal ideation but nothing is shifting the thoughts. I just want to die and I don't know how to change that. I don't know if I even want to change it anymore.
This may sound counterintuitive but I think my meds are working... its just this underlying feeling that I have always had... I think its maybe more to do with me than the BP
does any of this make sense?

when i'm really low and have suicidal thoughts, i find that i start to appreciate really simple things, like having lungs to breathe or a brain that works enough to even make a suicide plan. maybe it'll change if you work at it some more, good luck.

You can't give up now, there is plenty of life left in you yet stand strong and push through the storm you are going through at the moment and when you get there things will be so much better. Good luck.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
