Sex (orgasm) and happiness are mutually EXclusive. Literally two different things. 1 in no way effects the affect of the other except conditionally.

ok, I think I used to party and drink and have sex with different people I did not know, all that to self medicate, but never just the sex. It was the party , the games, the chase, the catch and then I was done. Nothing more was wanted by me. Now I don't drink hardly ever, not that I'm against it, I have not had sex in years, I really don't know what caused the change, goring from wanting to feel loved and wanted, to wanting to just be left alone. I guess being with someone needier than I was, and I almost never got rid of them, I had to get law enforcement involved to make them go away. Maybe age and medications too.

That endorphin high from sex is great but only lasts from stimulation to orgasm! While I like sex too, I've found exercise like cycling produces a longer-lasting endorphin high, and makes me horny as hell for sex!

I exercise it does nothing for me. I can cry the whole time while i do it. But i am told it helps depression. But i still cry during it.
