Azure honey i tell my daughter this all the time. Look at the buds coming on the trees and the mayflower which is covering our garden at the moment, always look for the positive in things and yep, you are so right girlfriend we do forget sometimes. I normally try to keep a journal of the positives in my life and it does help and just thinking of some of these things, specially natures beauty is making me feel warmer.
Beastie ive missed you too hun but never a day goes by when i dont think of you all, my special friends and one day i would love to give you all a big old hug for real. Oh and as for the waiting five minutes for this site to send hugs etc, im so with you on that one. You could read several chapters of a good book whilst waiting to get into the depression board at the moment. Love you allx

Awww sweetheart....I am just now seeing this post. I am sorry you are so sad right now...I wish I could wave a magic wand and make you feel better! When I get like that I go walking, watch comedies or try to find a friend to chat with.
