I thought I was better. I started therapy last October and since then i had made remarkable progress; but now with covid-19 and other issues i've had to stop. The first few months were okay but now I feel like i'm back to the way I was. I feel absolutely alone. I have list all of my friends and managed to also get my heart completely shattered by boy and honestly i'm having a really hard time coping with absolutely everything. I just want to be loved and feel loved. I feel worthless, alone and distant. I feel like no one wants to talk to me or be around me anymore and i'm sick and tired of everything :((

Things may seem impossible right now, but they will get better. I am sorry about the boy, but there are a lot of fish in the sea and you deserve to be with someone who laughs with you, shares your interests and accepts you for who you are, You will get over this boy and things will get better, Can you have phone appts or tele visits with your therapist? If not call one of the crisis lines if you need to talk Or if you lost coverage you can try a community treatment center. I hope you find peace soon.

Things will get better though it's hard to see that right now when you're in the tunnel of despair. Love and Hugs
