Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
I'm not sure your emotional intelligence is limited, we don't really have emotional intelligence, perhaps your maturity when it comes to impulsive actions triggered by emotion, isn't quite where it needs to be. Have you seen a Therapist about this? Your still a regularly young adult and sometimes these things happen and we see them as a learning tool on what not to do. But eventually the maturity level does need to increase and the behavior needs to stop at you mature into an adult. A Therapist could help you find other more positive creative ways to deal with these feelings and emotions you have inside. Do you think you'd be willing to see a Therapist?
Its definitely something to think about.
Take care,
Kat
Overall I feel like I'm getting better. Of course if I do things that cause me more trauma yet I'll have more construction sides again. So maybe therapy would be very beneficial.
