I was taking all my vitamins today and Im on water pills to help with my blood pressure. I took two or so I thought. Im setting here at work and all of a sudden became very tired, drowsey and not so coherant. Then I looked at the bottle and I had taken two valiums instead of the water pills. Wow, Im happy my son isnt here or he would be real pissed... Just wanted to share..

OHHHH man Water pills and Valium and at work to boot ..... Well maybe having to run to the bathroom will help keep ya awake .... thats a BIG opps

Ok, are you allright. are you at home? Maybe you hould call you're doctor to check in on the blood pressure. Sorry, I don't know anything about valium, and I am worried about you, my friend..xo

Mama- It's ok. 2 valium will just make you really sleepy. I have them and two taken by accident isn't anything to worry about :)

Yea, Im ok just real tired.. Luckily it has finally slowed down at work.. Dont think I will make that mistake again.. Thanks guys..

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
