OMG! IT'S BEEN LIKE 3 WEEKS SINCE MY ON AGAIN OFF AGAIN RELATIONSHIP/ AFFAIR HAS BEEN OVER WITH R SO I THOUGHT ! BUT MATT CALLED ME TODAY AND ACTS LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED- HE TALKED AND BEFORE I COULD GET A WORD OUT OF MY MOUTH - HE SAYS MY WIFE KAREN HAS MOVED OUT AND TAKEN THE CAR- I'M DOING BETTER AND I LOVE YOU AND I'LL CALL U AT 8 TONIGHT ! I COULDN'T GET ONE WORD OUT OF MY MOUTH- AND OUT OF HABIT I SAID I LOVE U BACK- TO MAKE THIS SITUATION ALITTLE MORE COMPLICATED THERE IS A 50/50 PERCENT CHANCE I'M PREGNANT AND HE IS THE FATHER- I HAVEN'T TOLD HIM YET AND NOW I'M WONDERING DO I TELL HIM THIS TONIGHT R DO I NOT? WHAT DO I EVEN SAY TO THIS MAN WHO HURT ME 16 TIMES! I STILL LOVE HIM AND I WANT TO BELIEVE ALL OF WHAT HE IS SAYIN IS TRUE- BUT SOMEHOW I REALLY DOUBT SHE IS LEAVING AND I'M GOING INSANE HERE - HOW DO U GET OVER SOMEONE WHEN THEY WON'T GO AWAY- I'VE TRIED GETTING A NEW NUMBER- HE KNOWS WHERE I LIVE AND SO HE WOULD JUST DRIVE HERE IF I DIDN'T ANSWER MY PHONE AND IF I STILL REFUSED TO TALK TO HIM- HE WOULD SEND ME A LETTER- HE IS GONNA GET TO ME AND TRY TO PULL ME BACK IN - I CAN ALREADY FEEL IT HAPPENING ! WHAT AM I GONNA DO AND WHY ME LORD! WHY ? !!! I JUST WANNA SCREAM !!!! SOMEONE PLEASE SHOOT ME IN THE HEAD !!!

Dont be with someone you hooked up with while he was married.

You will never trust him.

Get away, he thinks you are an easy mark. If you are pregnant by him... that can be worked out through the courts.

I do not think men do that on purpose. I beleive there is usually genuine love and concern. there is a dynamice that goes on that says I am leaving one for another and I will be back in the same boat... It is paralyzing. It makes otherwise good people do not so nice things.
In any case, he is NO WHERE NEAR ready to be with someone else and you should look ofr someone at least 2 years out of a serious relationship. That has been my MO and experience.

well, first you need to see if u have a bun in ur oven, you dont need any stress on the baby if u are next i would say make a surprise visit to his house... see if shes really gone. if u think that hes telling the truth then go for it if not tell him how u feel... u dont need to be hurt again. u dont have to listen to me what u need to listen to is ur heart. i hope u find the right choice

Interesting point of view kfield. I think i'll stick to mine though which is " mess with me and i'll have ya balls in the blender" ;) lol. Not really, im joking. I know that people have affairs for all sorts of reasons but this guy has been having his cake and eating it too for far too long. He cant keep going back and forth and ruining peoples lives just cos he dosnt know what the hell hes doing...its not fair :)

i don't think Matt is doing this on purpose- part of it is his stress disorder - but he can't blame it all on that or everything that goes wrong in his life on that either- me and his wife i guess did make it easy for him to go back and forth- he wants us both and thats not happening. oh she has left before took everything with her and still came back- we actually became i have no other way to put it- "friends for the moment i guess? she instead of beating me up- which i would've done in her situation and fully expected- she hugs me and tells me it isn't my fault- which is so untrue and nobody can convince me that i'm not a horrible person and i'm being punished by having to relive this over and over and over......

All good advice here, for those that say RUN!! Think of yourself as a FREE BIRD, and stay out of his cage! It might be very hard because of your feelings for him, but love isn't everything!! How many more times do you want him to stomp on your heart, hun? There's better fish in the sea, so get yourself out there, have fun, and tell this guy to take a hike!!

Oh, just a suggestion, try to look for a single guy - much less complicated for your life!! I hope you're not pregnant, too! My prayers are with you!

lmao ! yeah not really looking for anyone at this time - but i'll keep that in mind- i have a really great guy friend and he is supposed to move closer soon- he wants more- but i'm not ready - he's actually single - well ok divorced for over a year now- so i told him to just get here and we would take it one day at a time- he knows my whole situation and is very supportive- at this moment just trying to get my life back on track - also- appreciate the support everyone- thanks bunches !

OK UPDATE EVERYONE- HE CALLED AGAIN - FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER- SO I ANSWERED- HE SAYS DID I CALL EARLIER? I WAS LIKE YEAH WHY? HE SAYS I THOUGHT I WAS DREAMING - WELL I'M HEADED TO WORK AND I LOVE YA - AND THEN HANGS UP AGAIN ! I AM SURE THERE ARE MORE CALLS TO COME BEFORE THE NIGHT IS OVER -AHHHHH I'M GONNA PULL MY HAIR OUT AND SCREAM !

So his wife finally left HIM, and NOW he contact you to say its you he wants?
He doesnt have her to take care of him now, and needs to replace the maid!

RUN, pregnant or not, this does not sound like a person who will improve your life or make much of a partner or father.

what do u mean finally left him? she has left him 6 of the 16 times... she's just as crazy as he is and when he said she took the car i was tempted to ask- for a spin around the block or to town?
