This is 1st time here, I think it's time to reach out for a little TLC..I have been so stressed and depressed. Trying very hard not to self medicate w/alchol, I take lexapro but think I need something stronger.
Trying to deal with a Mom that is sick and difficult, trying to deal with scarring from Cancer surgery on Face. At the same time trying to not let my 15 yr son feel any of effects from my depression, I've become very reclusive,basically pushed everyone away, feeling so alone and sick.. Just hoping to find something here to help.

How long have you been on lexapro?
If you are on a heavy depression I would suggest to talk to your Pdoc.
There are more effective AD's than lexapro.
I say this because of my experience w lexapro.
