Do you have any contact to a MS support group? It can be helpful to talk to people with similar issues. Also, my mother has MS and she has gotten a lot of results by changing her diet. This can be a financial issue though. Anyway, I would really recommend to at least try it.

There are special diets for MS. It includes cutting down on carbohydrates and consuming more of the good fats such as coconut oil, olive oil (cold-pressed) etc. Also high protein food (my mom eats chicken hearts but I find that a little extreme) and obvs a lot of veggies and fruit. My mom has used and still uses an e-scooter from time to time but thanks to the diet she can walk more than 1000 meters with walking sticks now.

I really hope you can get through this and not have to use one. I'm 14 and my mom has MS she's almost 50 and I'm really scared that this would happen to her very soon. If you don't mind me asking was their signs of you having to use a walker because I know theirs a way to help it right?

before a few years ago my MS wasn.t that bad... still walking just easily worn out... then the MS became aggressive so I went from walking to needing a wheelchair a lot... everybody's MS is different... some are still working while others end up in wheelchairs early on... I had a few months of getting worse to know the med I was on wasn't working so my doc got me to try Lemtrada...

Oh thank you nofil69 that sounds a lot like my mom now easily worn out and shes starting to use a cane ill just try to help her in every way thank you.
