Im new here and i suffer from depression, anxiety, and panic disorder. I was suggested to this website by the crisis text line. I hoping to find some people to talk too. Thanks

Hi, I'm also new and was also referred by the crisis text line. I also deal with depression and anxiety.

Zoloft had the same effect on me at the same age...have you tried any other medications? Prozac worked great for my depression but increased my anxiety majorly. Will soon be working with a psychiatrist to figure out the right medication.

Please feel free to reach out, I'm always looking to talk to people too, as depression has a way of isolating oneself.

Feel free to message any time. I have GAD and bouts of Major Depression. I have a wife and two kids, a good job, a good home (and building a new, nicer one). Seemingly everything you could want...but somehow, I'm an anxious ball of nerves and after a while, I get so tired and down from the constant anxiety, that I turn to depression. Not sure which one is worse. But I just had 2 weeks of clarity and the anxiety is starting again. Bottom line, like 39_1_, we all have different backstories so we are all experiencing something different...but we are all hurting in some way. This site really helps. It helps to talk and it helps to help others too.
