hello all.
although I already posted in the loneliness discussion board, I figured I'd post here too. I deal with depression and anxiety. This past week has been particularly rough. To the point where I called crisis and met with them. The feelings of worthlessness and overwhelming sadness, lack of motivation and self care have taken over my day to day life. Hoping to find people to connect with on here.
