Im very shy and have an inferiority complex. I have a hard time making eye contact and with sex especially

You have been through far too much. have you had any counseling? I just recently read somewhere that sex is 10% of a healthy relationship and 90% of an unhealthy one. I will share that after having no physical touch, affection for the last 10 of my 15 year marriage i would also currently put it at a 110% myself. (currently have sex on the brain. haha) We have unhealthy beliefs and opinions of ourselves because of messages others did tell us over the years. I am learning to replace mine with what I now discover about myself.

I think you (I did too) hunger for that sex equating it with love and the need to feel wanted and desired. I would suggest talking with a counselor or therapist or maybe getting in a group dynamic would be good for you....to give you opinions and views and how you actually ARE perceived...not how some dysfunctional cruel idiots would see you.

PS When I said about looking up i was mentioning first in general. When you are shy it is because you don't feel as important as everyone else...ashamed...so you tend to look down so as not to be noticed.
When you start to look up and try to smile , people will see you as someone who appears to be confident and cares (It is ok here to "fake it til you make it"

That right there is enough to make your life miserable. I have no idea how you look, ... but I think ANY woman CAN look attractive. They have been doing it for thousands of years. I hope you will seek professional counseling/therapy. Just the abuse is enough to justify it. I truly believe that will do you the most good.

    My husband and I got our foster license last month, after 3 years of hard work (we had to start over multiple times due to family dramas and Mom's open heart surgery). We spent a year preparing the whole house, guest rooms, and children's bathroom for older kids of 7 yr old and up. Then we got a call that we have been approved to receive twin newborn premies. What, what?!! Babies!? Premies?!...
