My depression is so bad

With this viris going around the world wide my depression as gone sky high I still takeing my  anti depression tablets but they don't seem to be working anymore  my ocd  and depression is bad  iam getting relly bad thoughts about self harming   I just want this viris to go away I've had no sleep for days my mind is working overtime  iam so sad  and when I do nod off my incontinence is so bad  my mental health can not take this any advice please

What drugs they are giving me are upsetting my stomach I've had a upset tummy all day Been toilet so many times I told them how I was feeling I did. Some art work yesterday I got the doctor coming to see me this morning to chat to me to tell me about my electricity treatment I will be haveing alongside my tablets /drug treatment and one 2 one talking they going to pass small amounts of electricity though my brain and body to help me they say it's standard treatment for people like me with my problems and will help me iam scared they also done the paper work on me on Saturday I am now being held under the mental health act which means I ve got to have treatment they give me I can not leave this hospital till my treatment is finished/sorted and iam no longer a harm to myself or others food in here is not that bad iam still bedwetting every night and haveing daytime incontinence accdents but they told me not to worry about it as they are use to bladder problems and have nappies /dippers for it and as they say all the mattress in here are fully waterproof easily wiped over I will also be seeing a doctor about my bladder problems too so let's see what they say update coming soon thank you good night all

Had my electric treatment done did not like it but got more of it on firday still feeling down seeing the doctor 's and nurses wearing all the mask on doing ones head in let u know how it goes tomorrow

Oh well going down soon for my 2nd lot of electricity shock treatment this is why iam not allowed anything to drink or eat till it's over I let you know how it goes later

Hi all hope your weekend is going well I had my 2nd electric shock treatment the other day I got my 3 treatment on Monday I feeling a bit better today iam looking forward to more treatment on Monday cos afterwards I feel so relaxed from having it keep you updated
