The first thing I wanna say is its ok to grieve, sometimes there is that expectation to 'be ok' and 'move on' but you've just lost someone who was a big part of your life and you're going to be sad and thats a perfectly normal response!
I hope you can feel my virtual hug from my end to yours :)
I won't be able to chat consistently as I am on my work break but If you know anyone such as friends or family (and of course if you feel comfortable) maybe try sending them a quick text or ask if they want to video chat with you for a little bit :)
The main thing is let yourself grieve, it's ok and though you may feel down now you can get through this.
