*I am new here* I have been through a lot growing up. I have had to deal with depression all by myself. But on April 15th 2017 something happen to me. Something that has forever changed not only my life, but me.. It has been a little bit over a year. But I am still having to relive that each & everyday. The first time I tried to commit suicide I was 9 years old. I have only just recently turned 16 on April 20th of this year.. I didnt think I would make it to be 16. But I did.. I am not gonna try to kill myself again. But I do have that feeling of just not wanting to be here anymore. I want to stop hurting. I want to stop having to live my life in fear. I feel like I cant open to my family or friends due to current family problems that I have. I have had a lot of bad stuff happen to me, but this one thing in particular is what is driving me over board. My anxiety & depression is so much worst. I feel at a cross roads where I don't know where to go. I could really use someone to talk to. Someone that will listen & be a friend..

God placed her in my path to stop me. I have been drug and alcohol free now for 53...

My husband and I got our foster license last month, after 3 years of hard work (we had to start over multiple times due to family dramas and Mom's open heart surgery). We spent a year preparing the whole house, guest rooms, and children's bathroom for older kids of 7 yr old and up. Then we got a call that we have been approved to receive twin newborn premies. What, what?!! Babies!? Premies?!...

It's gonna take some time, but it looks like you have already come quite far in your battle with depression. Back then you couldn't see yourself making it until your 16, how are things gonna look in another 7 years if you keep developing in the same direction?
