I have a Double Whopper from Burger King and I'm reading my wife's Weight Watcher's magazine. What's wrong with this picture?

I had half a smallish bag of tortilla chips, fat free salsa, & diet root beer. Not really balanced, but healthier than that Whopper.

I slept through lunch time.

I'm with winny...If I can't have the full fat or full sugar version, I would just rather not eat it.

There is 1 exception to this rule of mine and it's milk. We use 1 percent milk, because whole milk is too thick and fatty, and skim is too thin and watery.

Anyway, I missed lunch! *cries*

I had pure colestral tonight ...sausage, bacon tomatoes ,beans mushrooms...the works ,now im having wine and pringles...and still have problem gaining weight..eat anything..want to gain half a stone no joy...cant get over 8st..any advicex

Hmm..had a protien shake for breaky and lunch
Treated myself to a grande vanilla latte half way
Tonight is some kind of honey chicken with a roast potato and pasta salad.
