Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
So is there anything on your mind?
I think we all save lives here. We keep eachother going, and I think we are heros.
We ALL are. A long time agao (well shit Im only 30) I decided I wanted out. Im still here, and Im thankful for that. I would have missed how strange, cool, boring, hard and just plain crazy life is.
I think the jorney is the lesson, and I think we are ment to suffer, in order to appriciate the good things in life. Im not religious by any means, but I figure if I stay and you stay and we all stay we will get something good at the end. What it is we will never know until it comes time. Now is not your time. You have some work to do. As we all do.
So hang in there for us, we need you.
There's always the chance that things would be at least as bad, maybe worse on the "other side" and I've never heard of anyone coming back after death.
Yes, there have been "near death" experiences, science though, has yet to prove if those are real or products of a person's own mind.
"near death" isn't the absolute end, I may be miserable beyond words but like I said, there's always the chance things could be worse after this.
We just have to keep trucking along and just maybe, somehow, someway, we will find at least a small beacon of hope.
