Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

I just read this. My dad passed a few years ago and I worked for him for 23 years. I didn't want to work after he died and have trouble finding work. I think for me working is good to keep out of your head. If u have no other option you have to work. Hope your working on grief. It never ends. I'm looking into working for myself. See if this is an option. Make sure you get some help and see how and whys of your motivation.
I was fearing losing anyone close and dad died sooner than I thought.
You can get through this, get help, find out what you like doing like animals, art or gardening. You may want to help others. It's painful., I had loss of dad, work, divorce, thrown out of my home, cancer. I asked God to get me through this. It's still hard, take it day to dad.
