My job makes me so miserable I can't cope. I've tried everything I can to bear it and nothing helps. I was rejected from two jobs that I've applied to. I'm working with a staffing agency but nothing yet. I can't do this anymore. I see absolutely no way out.

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
But Honey, bad jobs are not worth ending your life. There are many many jobs to be had, but you have only one life. I've had horrible jobs. I ended up crying a lot of tears and finally quitting. Ill keep,you in my thoughts and prayers. If you need to talk, I'm here. God bless you.
Take a week off. Contact your therapist. The thread title is serious so take yourself seriously on this issue.
Work will survive without you for a week and you might figure a way of dealing with the stress.
If you keep going you will be Like a hamster on the wheel.
Changing jobs takes time. Perhaps think of a less stessfull job. The stakes are too high to get bogged down with worries about career path.
1. Network A lot of jobs come from who you know. Make friends, listen, compliment friends, and look for help.
2. Research You come into a first interview, know that company thoroughly, read and research it. Let your interviewer know you prepared for the interview.
3. Workhouse issues or problems Better to have the interviewer ask, and do not hesitate to discuss potential problem areas with a convincing area. My family member got a prominent job though he was the youngest applicant.
