does Allen know he's dying? My nephews and two friends kids are up for it. What do they say in the letters? They can't say get well soon if he knows he's dying. But they will if he doesn't. If not they'll just send him hugs and kisses. My nephews know he's dying and my friends kid does but some people are scared of death, but a friend who is scared will still get her kid to write. So got 4 kids upto now
