My father is sick, they have Hospice coming in, he is stable right now, but I know the day is coming when he won't be. My mom is co dependent??? And has some sickness of her own. My daughter is due to have a baby this month, and just got engaged. I'm single, live alone, with no interest in dating, and I'm feeling really lonely and depressed. I should be happy for her and the baby's father, who is kind to her, but I just don't trust him, I don't trust his family either. It's like they are too nice. I just feel like shit. I'm missing work today, I'm sick, but I think I'm sick because of the depression

I totally agree with m79: You can't force yourself to be happy
with so much on your plate. You have described a number of issues: your mother, having a gut feeling about the baby's father, feeling sick, missing work. Please take care of yourself and put yourself first.
