Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
Im hopeless, thats it. Thats all I am. I got the pills ready for my suicide. I just want to feel the pills down my throat. I really just want to die. I am so alone. Like I really don't know anymore. My friends or family don't care. No one cares at all. Its an everyday battle going back and forth with myself. Should I die today or should I die tomorrow ? If I don't die today then I am just wasting my time. I was so close to dying today. I was mentally ready. I want to die just so badly. I obsess about my death everyday. I just want to die. Its like when will I find my relief. I want relief from this never ending pain. I just want to die and because like I said everything is so hopeless. I need to die. They want me dead. I should've been dead.

I'm just still surprised and shocked at how my life turned out and how a man who used to shed tears when promising me forever, to love, protect and care for me can suddenly turn into a narc I couldn't recognize. It's been two years since my divorce but sometimes the trauma and horror I experienced come rushing back. Anyway he moved on with another woman before we went our separate ways, turns...

I need some outside perspective because I’ve been feeling extremely lonely in my relationship, and it’s getting harder to ignore.I’m with a woman who has two kids, and over time I’ve realized I don’t feel connected to her or the home at all. She and the kids have their own bubble, their own rhythm, their own emotional world. I’m there physically, but I don’t feel included in...
I am sure that there are people in your life who need you and love you dearly. Hold on to life please.
Have you figured out that trying to kill yourself is not the answer to your problems? The thing that people rarely talk about is that it most often does not work and you just wind up worse off then you were before you did the stupid thing that put you in a worse place! You know why Suicide most often doesn't work....because subconsciously people most often do not really want to kill themselves, they want to make people wake up and pay attention to them, they want people to notice that they are depressed and sad and scared and lonely and hurting and don't know how to handle it all or make it better.....so may skip the whole suicide thing and just reach out for help. If you don't have a Therapist or a Psychiatrist its probably time to get one. Because you can be treated for this, you can get better with Therapy and medication, life can get better...
I've got 5 Suicide attempts to my credit, 5 stupid things that did nothing but put me in a worse place than where I was before. I've got 28 years of BiPolar Depression, most of it stable but some of it not....
Take care and reach out in the real world for help,
Kat
Are there any churches in your neighborhood that you can reach out to for support? Do you know someone who goes to a church that you can go with? You are not alone! God is with you.
I'm praying for you.
