Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Feeling very worthless and hopeless and angry and sad and depressed. I regret getting my degree and I have been wanting to drink a lot lately. I haven't gave into it yet but just the thoughts alone bother me. I wish life had an off switch but I'm a parent so it doesn't work like that.

It's National Doughnut Day!Which three would you like? (never mind the calories, fat, or sugar content; just go with what you would pick if none of that mattered and whatever health issues you might have that would keep you from eating one in real life can be cast aside for this exercise as well... have at it!)

I REALLY hope you do not start drinking. If you have problems, drinking multiplies 'em.
As a parent, I urge you to seek professional counseling. Sounds like the issues may be too big for you to deal with on your own.
Please don't make any mistakes, ... I wish you the best.
