I have been in this black demon filled hole for way to long.... Ive cried myself almost out of tears... Anxiety and depression/ bi-polar....fucking bastards..
So yesterday I forced myself to get my three wheel Harley out that has not been ridden since about September of last year.... I thought I was gonna have panic attacks and forget what to do.... I went around the block first and then Al and I took a small ride around the small towns here and went and got dinner.......I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so proud of myself......
If I can do it so can you... Take those baby steps and force yourself to do something that gives you anxiety..... Baby steps.... It might just help you feel better about yourself..
Not only that but I totally cleaned Als house and I did my hair and put makeup on for work today even though no one will see me... Keep your fingers crossed... I so hope this dark cloud is lifting..
And I am praying that you all can see a glimmer of light.. This disease is a bastard and we have to fight fight fight.. One step at a time... I ruv you guys rong tieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

They will not understand us but damn it, the wonderful people here do.. You all deserve medals for the crap that this horrible disease puts us through... Hang in there and wait for the light... If you fight it hard enough, you will see it and breath in every second of it... We never know how long it will last..

I can't even begin to tell you how very proud of you I am!!! That is a big big step and only people, I believe, on this board can understand what a big deal this is to us. I almost let the devil get the best of me this morning too. I woke up with anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. I sat in the living room trying to do a crossword puzzle before taking a shower and going to the doctor. I almost let my agoraphobia take over once again, but I told that crappy devil to get out of my way, I had things to do and places to go. I am so glad because now I can stop worrying about all of those blood tests and the xray, at least I know now what they said.
That demon/devil stuffs us so far into that black hole that he almost convinces us that there is no way out. The good news is, we are smarter then he is! You are right, one step at a time... Again, I am so very proud of you!!! Lots of hugs to you honey.
