C0ntrary to what the previous poster said a College Degree is worth quite a lot, if you plan on having a Career and making something of yourself. Is your Degree something you can use in a different or less obvious way? Think about that okay.
If you're not happy in the town that you're in and you don't have any ties there, then you might start job searching in other cities. life can do a complete 180 when you move to a new city and start a new career. maybe move to somewhere where there are lots of fun and interesting things to do.
You don't have to rely on others to make you happy, you can be happy just out enjoying your life, you know?
Think about what you really want to do right now and do it.....this is one of the great things about being young and just starting out, you get to do it wherever you want.

If not, figure out what you really want to do "when you grow up" and pursue that.
Perhaps once you find the niche in the workplace in which you are happy doing what you do, that attitude of confidence and assuredness will spill over into your personal relationships.
